"We met Eddie at an open house early in 2020 and felt an immediate rapport. We asked him to find us a house in the area, which needed to meet our specifications. We were reluctantly leaving our house of 33 years due to medical reasons. Covid restrictions began and Eddie didn’t pressure us in any way, and we asked him to represent us in selling our home. He proved to be a knowledgeable negotiator and we sold in one week - to the first viewing couple and also had other offers. Thanks to Eddie we were able to lease back for two months while we looked for a new home. It proved difficult to find a suitable place as there were very few homes on the market. I think we saw every available home in the area - but Eddie persevered - he was patient, positive and helpful, even sometimes previewing homes for us. After we found a home he continued to help, introducing us to contractors, handymen and local businesses. We now consider him a friend and would highly recommend his services without hesitation."
